Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Build Agentic AI solutions remotely for Kinaxis using LLM applications, data pipelines, and backend engineering across Canada or the United States. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work with customers on the Kinaxis Maestro Platform. You will prototype, iterate, and deploy solutions in operational environments. The work combines customer engagement, software engineering, data platforms, and agentic orchestration. Key Responsibilities:

Own customer solutions from prototype through live deployment Build relationships from individual contributors to executive sponsors Manage multiple customer engagements according to priorities Convert field learnings into durable platform capabilities Mentor operators through solution transitions and adoption Requirements:

Hands-on experience building LLM applications and RAG systems Experience with multi-agent workflows, tool use, and prompt engineering Proficiency in Python or another backend language Experience with REST, streaming APIs, and enterprise integrations Two to five years of relevant professional experience Apply AI development, software engineering, and customer collaboration skills to deliver Kinaxis solutions with measurable operational impact.
