Forward Deployed AI Engineer

In this role you will partner with clients to define Gen AI strategy and deliver end-to-end AI workflows. You’ll take projects from concept to production, tackling real-world problems at scale and sharing field learnings with Palantir’s AIP product. You’ll help extend Palantir’s footprint into new Gen AI markets while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. This is a hands-on, growth-focused position with a strong entrepreneurial feel and client exposure.

• Build end-to-end LLM workflows at scale and deploy production-ready solutions
• Interact with customers to understand needs and set AI strategy
• Own delivery on high-stakes projects within small teams
• Translate field learnings into product and practice improvements
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teammates to deliver impact

• Experience building solutions with LLMs and a solid Gen AI landscape understanding
• Strong foundation in machine learning basics (evaluation, training, problem decomposition)
• Strong engineering background
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites
