At LumApps, this customer-facing engineer accelerates adoption of Micro-Apps and Agents. You will map data environments, prototype integrations, design middleware, and contribute to core platform improvements. The work connects engineering with customer impact through rapid delivery cycles. LumApps AI addresses secure enterprise integration and scalable production deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map customer data environments and high-friction business workflows
  • Build AI Agent proofs of concept using APIs, webhooks, and LLMs
  • Architect connectors bridging LumApps with SAP, Workday, or ServiceNow
  • Identify integration patterns and contribute code to core platform development
  • Abstract custom solutions into scalable Industry Vertical Packs

Requirements:

  • Six-plus years engineering or technical deployment experience
  • Customer-facing experience and a technical bachelor's degree
  • Node.js, TypeScript, Java, or Python proficiency
  • React, backend API design, and software development capability
  • Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic workflow curiosity
