Forward Deployed Engineer

In this role you will lead AI initiatives from discovery to production within a regulated financial services setting, delivering practical AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable business impact. You’ll work closely with business units to translate complex processes into agentic AI workflows, ensuring governance and security. You’ll shape projects across AI agents, retrieval, context orchestration, and observability, delivering scalable patterns for the organisation. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity to bridge AI technology and business value.

• Lead end-to-end AI initiatives from discovery through deployment and ongoing refinement
• Design, build and adapt AI agents and AI-enabled workflows around real business processes
• Ensure solutions meet security, governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to identify, prioritise and validate high-value use cases
• Monitor deployed agents and measure adoption, performance and business impact
• Capture deployment learnings and develop reusable patterns for organisation-wide use
• Translate complex business processes into practical AI solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and governance

• Hands-on experience building and deploying technology solutions in complex enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems and agentic workflows
• Experience with LLM integration, retrieval, tool use, context orchestration, evaluations, guardrails, observability and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, investment, risk, compliance, KYC or operations (advantageous)
