Overview
In this role you will deploy and configure Actonomy Core for customers, working hands-on at the intersection of engineering and consulting. You’ll engage with clients to understand their processes, integrate systems, and drive value realization from AI. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to shape deployments and contribute to product evolution. This is an early, high-impact position where you influence adoption approaches, deployment patterns, and ways of working in a customer-facing context.
Responsibilities- Deploy and configure Actonomy Core within customer environments
- Understand customer processes and desired outcomes
- Support integration of Actonomy Core with customer systems and data sources
- Identify and resolve technical issues during implementation and rollout
- Gather user feedback and translate needs into product improvements
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to improve deployments
- Create reusable deployment patterns and implementation assets
- Support customer adoption and value realization activities
- Stay up to date with developments in AI, Microsoft technologies and the Actonomy platform
- Experience building software, automations or digital solutions
- Experience with Python
- An interest in AI and emerging technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
