Forward Deployed Engineer

In this role you will help customers adopt V7 Go by leading technical discovery, designing end-to-end AI workflows, and driving POCs with sales. You’ll own onboarding to deliver tangible first value and act as the primary technical contact as customers scale. You will build integrations, data pipelines, and prompt-driven solutions that produce verifiable outputs with audit trails. Your work shapes enterprise experiences with transparent, auditable AI that supports decision-making at scale.

• Run technical discovery, design solutions, and lead POCs with Account Executives to close deals
• Own onboarding to drive customers to first value fast
• Build and implement workflows in V7 Go combining prompt engineering, data pipelines, and integrations
• Serve as the primary technical contact for accounts, addressing complex challenges and identifying expansion opportunities
• Manage up to 10 concurrent projects and feed customer insights back to product and engineering

• Prototyper with strong customer-facing skills
• Experience delivering Large Language Model projects with customers
• LLM API integration and up-to-speed knowledge of foundation models
• Solutions design/architecture skills
• Experience integrating different cloud providers
