Forward Deployed Engineer

In this role, you drive AI transformation for a small portfolio of strategic customers, acting as the technical lead from discovery to production. You work closely with C-level and technical teams to architect, build, and deploy AI-driven workflows that deliver measurable business outcomes. You own the success criteria and ensure adoption and ROI through cross-functional collaboration. This is a hybrid London-based position, embedding with top accounts to shape both product strategy and real-world impact. You join an autonomous, high-visibility team that continuously learns and contributes to monday.com’s AI product roadmap.

• Embed with senior stakeholders to design end-to-end AI solutions and scalable workflows
• Own success metrics from pilot to production rollout, focusing on adoption and ROI
• Design platform configurations, build monday agents and vibe apps, wire MCP integrations into customer systems, and create custom scripts when needed
• Instrument deployments, run evaluations on real workflows, and translate findings into PRDs and roadmap input
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success as the technical authority on account strategy
• Productize learnings into reusable patterns, agents, and assets for broader reuse

• 5+ years building applications from scratch using TypeScript/Node.js/React
• Experience leading hands-on projects end-to-end in production, preferably client-facing
• Background in Solution Architecture or Software Engineering with AI/LLM systems, agent architectures, MCP or similar protocols, evals, and prompt-to-production workflows
• Experience navigating C-suite relationships and influencing executive decisions in ambiguous environments
• Track record turning one-off delivery into reusable assets or playbooks
