What You'll Do

• Lead complex data migrations from legacy EHR and billing platforms
• Work directly with healthcare providers to understand operational workflows and challenges
• Translate customer problems into scalable software solutions
• Build and ship production software alongside a world-class engineering team
• Serve as a trusted technical partner during customer implementations
• Bring customer insights back to the organization and influence product direction
• Tackle ambiguous, high-impact problems that sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of software engineering experience (8+ years preferred)
• Strong hands-on engineering background with a customer-facing mindset
• Experience working through ambiguity and solving complex technical problems
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong product instincts and a passion for understanding customer needs
• High degree of ownership, urgency, and accountability xhqgsiq

Preferred Experience

• Data migration experience involving complex enterprise systems
• Healthcare technology, EHR, interoperability, or health data integrations
• Startup or early-stage company experience
• Experience working directly with customers in technical implementation or solutions-focused roles

Location & Travel

• Based in New York City with flexibility for highly experienced engineers
• Frequent travel to customer sites across the U.S.
• Significant customer-facing interaction each week
