Forward Deployed Engineer

In this role you will lead AI initiatives from discovery to production, partnering with business units to turn processes into scalable AI-enabled solutions. You will design and deploy AI agents and workflows within a regulated financial services setting, ensuring governance, security and privacy. You will run workshops, prioritise high-value use cases, and measure business impact. You will capture deployment learnings to scale patterns across the organisation, delivering tangible value and innovation at pace.

• Lead AI initiatives end-to-end from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement
• Design, build and adapt AI agents and AI-enabled workflows around real business processes
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and prioritise high-value use cases
• Monitor deployed agents, measure adoption, performance and business impact
• Capture deployment learnings and translate into reusable patterns and scalable approaches
• Ensure solutions meet security, governance, privacy and regulatory requirements in a regulated enterprise
• Translate complex business processes into practical AI solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes

• Hands-on AI engineer with experience building and deploying solutions in complex enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems and agentic workflows
• Experience across LLM integration, retrieval, tool use, context orchestration, evaluations, guardrails, observability and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, investment, risk, compliance, KYC or operations (advantageous)
