Overview
In this role you drive AI initiatives for a financial services organisation, taking use cases from discovery to production and measurable business impact. You work with business units to design practical AI-enabled solutions that align with security, governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements. You will lead end-to-end delivery and continuously improve AI agents and workflows in real enterprise environments. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position at the intersection of AI, technology and finance. You will collaborate across functions to scale patterns and accelerate value.

- Lead AI initiatives end-to-end from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement
- Design, build and adapt AI agents and AI-enabled workflows around real business processes
- Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, privacy and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and prioritise high-value use cases
- Monitor deployed agents, measure adoption, performance and business impact
- Capture deployment findings and translate them into reusable patterns and scalable approaches across the organisation
- Hands-on AI Engineer/Forward Deployed Engineer with enterprise experience
- Strong understanding of modern AI systems and agentic workflows
- Experience across LLM integration, retrieval, tool use, context orchestration, evaluations, guardrails, observability and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Experience building/ deploying solutions in complex enterprise environments
- Financial services experience (wealth management, banking, investment, risk, compliance, KYC, operations) advantageous
- Stakeholder facilitation and workshop leadership
