In this role you bridge engineering, data science, and investing to deliver production-grade, AI-powered solutions that directly influence investment decisions. You work closely with portfolio managers, researchers, and traders to turn ideas into scalable systems used by front-office teams. You’ll leverage cloud, data, and ML tools to drive impact and adopt modern engineering practices. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at the intersection of technology and finance with a clear focus on tangible business outcomes.
Responsibilities- Partner with investment professionals to solve complex business and research challenges
- Design and build production-ready applications, workflows, and AI-powered tools
- Transform prototypes into scalable systems used by front-office teams
- Work across data engineering, software engineering, machine learning, and cloud technologies
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices and emerging technologies
- Translate technical concepts into business impact for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong software engineering experience with modern development frameworks
- Experience building production-grade systems and end-user applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and bias for action
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and rapidly deliver solutions
