Overview
In this role you will engineer AI-powered, full-stack enterprise applications on the C3 AI Platform, working directly with customers to design, develop, and deploy production-grade solutions. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to define new analytics capabilities that support timely decision-making. This frontline position tackles high-stakes defence programmes with UK MOD, NATO, and allied partners, focusing on predictive maintenance, targeting, and logistics in challenging environments. You will mentor teammates, lead technical demonstrations, and contribute to product improvements.

- Develop and deploy applications on the C3 AI Platform
- Mentor junior engineers and share coding standards
- Conduct design and code reviews
- Review customer software for quality and best practices
- Test, troubleshoot, and enhance customer applications
- Deliver technical enablement and run product demonstrations
- Write documentation and technical artifacts
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and gaps
- Drive product improvements with product management and engineering
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with object-oriented programming
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical problem-solving, organizational skills, attention to detail
- Ability to travel as needed
- MSc or Bachelor’s degree in STEM (preferred also PhD)
- Experience deploying enterprise-scale applications
- Proficiency with JavaScript and Python
- Proficiency with Git
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Redux, Vue, Backbone, Angular)
