Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE)

In this role you’ll rapidly build demos, prototypes, POCs, and MVPs that translate AI opportunities into tangible concepts for clients and account teams. You’ll collaborate with Solution Architects and ecosystem partners to ensure usability, security, and scalable delivery paths. You’ll create reusable assets and collateral to accelerate opportunity conversion while contributing to a global knowledge base of templates and patterns. This client-facing engineering work sits at the intersection of AI fluency, product thinking, and practical deployment.

• Rapidly build demos, prototypes, POCs, and MVPs to bring AI use cases to life for clients and account teams
• Translate client problems into working technical concepts using models, agents, data, workflows, APIs, integrations, and UX patterns
• Support discovery workshops, executive demos, technical deep dives, POC sessions, and partner enablement activities
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure prototypes align with scalable architecture, security, and operational requirements
• Engage ecosystem partners to showcase capabilities across OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Google/Gemini, cloud, data, and enterprise platforms
• Package prototypes into reusable assets, demo scripts, technical collateral, setup guides, reference architectures, and handoff materials
• Validate feasibility, data dependencies, integration complexity, UX assumptions, and risks early in the sales cycle
• Help accelerate opportunity conversion by making AI solutions concrete, credible, and client-specific
• Contribute lessons learned, reusable code, prompts, agent patterns, and implementation guidance to the global FDE knowledge base

• 5+ years in software/AI/ML/data engineering/solution engineering or related hands-on tech roles
• 2+ years building or deploying AI/ML/GenAI/LLM/RAG/agentic AI or automation solutions
• Hands-on with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, FastAPI, Flask, React, LangChain, LlamaIndex, PyTorch, TensorFlow or similar
• Experience integrating APIs, data sources, model providers, workflow tools, and cloud services into demos/prototypes
• Working knowledge of responsible AI, security, data handling, privacy, and enterprise deployment considerations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
