Overview
In this role you will lead the deployment of North—Cohere’s AI workspace platform—into private cloud and on-prem environments for enterprise clients. You’ll partner with IT teams to align infrastructure, security, and data practices while delivering high-quality, secure AI deployments. You will design client-tailored rollout strategies and troubleshoot deployment challenges, accelerating value for customers in finance, healthcare, and telecom. This role combines hands-on engineering with customer collaboration to advance enterprise AI adoption.

- Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private cloud and on-premises environments (planning, configuration, testing, rollout)
- Partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure, security requirements, and data management practices
- Experiment with fast, high-quality delivery to exceed customer expectations
- Design and implement deployment strategies tailored to client needs with data privacy and security in mind
- Troubleshoot deployment-related issues to minimize downtime
- Experience deploying enterprise software in private/hybrid cloud environments
- Production Kubernetes cluster administration and Helm expertise
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git
- Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (Azure, AWS, GCP), networking, and virtualization
