OpenLoop seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to enhance client integrations remotely. Use your expertise to create robust APIs and elevate telehealth support solutions.As a Senior Engineer at OpenLoop, you will work directly within the client's codebase, strengthening their integration with our production API. Your responsibilities include translating ambiguous requests into actionable plans and creating reusable assets that benefit multiple clients. You'll leverage your robust background in API design and client interaction to ensure successful deployments.Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate with clients’ engineering teams on their systems
• Build AI-enhanced tools and documentation for client developers
• Manage and improve agent deployment processes
• Develop scalable solutions based on client needs
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders about project scope

Requirements:

• 5 to 15+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong API design and integration skills
• Proven track record of client-facing technical delivery
• Experience with sensitive data in regulated environments
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
