Forward Deployed Engineer - Senior Manager (Palantir)

Senior Manager leading data engineering programs for Palantir-enabled transformations. You own client strategy, drive end-to-end delivery, and mentor a deployment team while shaping scalable data solutions. You collaborate directly with clients to translate complex tech into actionable outcomes and embed AI workflows. You’ll contribute to internal innovation labs and foster a culture of learning and high-impact demos.

• Own client problem discovery, business analysis and strategic advisory
• Lead deployment teams across data engineering, ETL, and front-end app development
• Direct client advisory and translate technical details for stakeholders
• Embed AI workflows using tools like AIP Logic Functions, AIP Analysts, and AIFDE
• Contribute to APBG/Decho Labs internal products and share learnings
• Foster collaboration through show-and-tell culture, coaching peers and driving cross-team delivery

• Strategic mindset with strong client relationship management
• Ability to decompose complex use cases and architect solutions
• Fluency in Python, SQL, TypeScript and/or React; data engineering and ETL knowledge
• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or willingness to learn
