Forward Deployed Engineer - Senior Manager (Palantir)

Senior Managing Engineer leading Forward Deployed data engineering engagements for Palantir within APBG/Decho. You own strategy and client relationships, guiding end-to-end delivery of data solutions that unify complex landscapes and enable smarter decisions. You work directly with clients, balancing technical mastery with high EQ to drive transformation and meaningful outcomes. You’ll contribute to internal innovation through APBG/Decho Labs and share learnings across teams.

• Strategic Delivery: own discovery, business analysis, and horizon mapping; manage client advisory and long-term relationships
• End-to-End Delivery: lead deployment team, handle data engineering including Palantir Foundry tooling and Python/PySpark, and deliver front-end apps as needed
• Lead Client Advisory: translate technical concepts for stakeholders and guide goals/requirements
• AI Integration: embed AI workflows using tools like AIP Logic Functions, AIP Analysts, and AIFDE
• APBG/Decho Labs Innovation: contribute to internal products and share deployment learnings
• Innate Collaboration: manage project team, lead knowledge-sharing through show-and-tell, and uplift peers

• Strategic mindset with senior client relationship management
• Strong problem-solving ability in complex, nuanced environments
• Fluency in Python, SQL, TypeScript and/or React; ability to learn new tools quickly
• Understanding of data engineering, ETL pipelines, and application development
• Familiarity with Palantir (Foundry or Gotham) preferred but not required; willingness to learn
