Forward Deployed Engineer - Specialist (Palantir)

In this role you drive end-to-end data and AI transformation for clients, blending technical mastery with stakeholder communication. You work directly with clients as the face of APBG, architecting solutions across data landscapes and integrating AI workflows. You’ll own delivery from concept to production, iterate with real-time feedback, and contribute to internal innovation via Decho Labs. • Take significant ownership of client problems, from data engineering to front-end work and deploying UI widgets
• Translate client goals into clear technical plans and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Embed AI workflows into existing applications using advanced Palantir and AI tooling
• Contribute to Decho Labs by building internal products and sharing deployment learnings

• Problem-solving with ability to decompose complex use cases
• Fluency in Python, SQL, TypeScript and/or REACT; ability to learn new languages quickly
• Understanding of data engineering, ETL pipelines, and application development
• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or willingness to learn
• High EQ, curiosity, proactive mindset, and willingness to seek help when needed
