Forward Deployed Engineer - Specialist (Palantir)

In this role you deliver end-to-end data-driven solutions for demanding clients, unifying complex data landscapes and building workflows that drive smarter decisions. You work directly with clients as the face of APBG, blending technical mastery with strong collaboration to enable sustainable transformations. You’ll architect iterative solutions, manage your own backlog, and refine work based on client feedback. This opportunity combines hands-on data engineering, front-end work, and AI integration to create measurable client impact.

• End-to-End Delivery:own client problems from data engineering to front-end widgets and applications
• Client Advisory & Translation: translate complex tech language into stakeholder-friendly communication
• AI Integration: embed AI workflows using tools like AIP Logic Functions, AIP Analysts, AIFDE
• Decho Labs Innovation: contribute to internal products and share deployment learnings
• Innate Collaboration: self-assign tasks, participate in show-and-tell, uplift peers and engage in internal channels

• Problem Solvers with ability to decompose complex use cases
• Fluency in Python, SQL, TypeScript and/or REACT; capable of learning new tech quickly
• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, Gotham or similar is preferred but not required
• High EQ and curiosity to manage client expectations and collaboration
• Impact-driven communication; demonstrate ability to present demos and translate complexity for non-technical users
