Overview

In this role you will embed with client teams to deploy and operationalize AI platforms in real enterprise settings. You own production outcomes, focusing on time-to-value, reliability, adoption, and scalability, not just milestones. You translate platform capability into measurable business value for executive stakeholders. You will work across the full enterprise stack to design patterns, roadmaps, and accelerators that clients can sustain after your engagement. This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity to shape AI deployment at scale within diverse industries.

Responsibilities
  • Embed with client engineering and business teams to deploy AI platforms in enterprise environments
  • Own end-to-end production outcomes with business metrics
  • Prototype rapidly to production-ready systems from ambiguous problems
  • Design and govern AI architectures across identity, data, security, governance, platform, and integration layers
  • Translate technical architecture into business impact for CTO/CFO/CISO; shape roadmaps and adoption strategy
  • Build reusable patterns, playbooks, and accelerators for client ownership post-engagement
  • Lead design workshops, proofs of concept, architecture reviews, and code-with sessions with client teams
  • Codify patterns and lessons learned to scale across engagements and grow the FDE practice
Key requirements
  • 3-5 years of cloud-native systems engineering (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless)
  • ≥1 year of designing and deploying agentic solutions in production
  • ≥3 years of experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, plus open-source models) and multi-provider pipelines
  • ≥10 years of production deployment experience, CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm), monitoring, and debugging
  • Proven end-to-end delivery ownership in client-embedded environments
  • Ability to articulate business value to senior stakeholders (CFO, CTO, CISO)
