Forward Deployed GenAI Engineer

Build production AI solutions with Keyrus as a Forward Deployed GenAI Engineer in hybrid Toronto or Montreal, using Python and RAG.

This experienced individual contributor combines hands-on engineering, architectural judgment, and business understanding. You will translate client use cases into GenAI and agentic AI solutions. The work includes intelligent assistants, AI-enabled workflows, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-create solutions with business and technical stakeholders
• Secure data access for each client use case
• Deploy, monitor, and improve production AI solutions
• Define adoption, performance, reliability, risk, and cost criteria
• Document governed solutions and reusable delivery patterns

Requirements:

• Typically five to ten years of relevant experience
• Production experience delivering AI, GenAI, or software solutions
• Strong Python, API integration, and software-engineering skills
• Hands-on LLM, RAG, embeddings, and vector search experience
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise AI deployments
