Forward Deployed Software Engineer

In this role you partner directly with customers to solve high-impact problems using Palantir’s platforms and AI. You’ll own end-to-end delivery on small, agile teams, shaping architecture, data pipelines, and custom applications that address real-world needs. You’ll work with business-critical data to accelerate decision-making and impact missions across industries. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position where your work directly supports customers’ success and broader organizational goals. • Collaborate on architecture and design decisions with fellow engineers
• Wrangle massive-scale data and leverage AI to improve operations
• Develop custom applications tailored to customer needs
• Engage directly with customer stakeholders from technical teams to executives
• Shape team strategy and drive projects from ideation to deployment

• Strong engineering background in CS, Math, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science
• Analytical mindset with experience solving problems using data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, and front-end frameworks
• Experience or interest in working with large-scale data to solve business problems
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and adapt in dynamic environments
• Ability to learn independently and work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel; travel 25-50% preferred
