Forward Deployed Solutions Engineer

Build production software and API integrations at Hiveway from Canada, remotely or in a hybrid arrangement. Solve customer problems with enterprise systems.

This early-career Forward Deployed Solutions Engineer combines software engineering, solution architecture, and customer problem-solving. You will connect payment, CRM, ERP, and accounting systems while learning from experienced engineers. The work spans engineering, product, customer success, and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build production software and customer solutions
• Design and develop API integrations
• Connect payment, CRM, ERP, and accounting systems
• Automate manual business processes and data workflows
• Investigate production issues and document technical practices

Requirements:

• Completing or recently completed a relevant degree or diploma
• Programming experience in at least one modern language
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals
• Familiarity with Git and basic APIs, databases, or web applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
