Founders’ Associate: COO‑Level Operations & Process Builder

Qubitra in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic operations assistant to help build the company from the ground up. You will work closely with the COO on onboarding, forecasting, supplier management, and maintaining the company OS.

You’ll gain visibility into almost every function while turning repeated tasks into repeatable processes, improving reporting, and supporting day-to-day finance and board materials.
