Founding AI Engineer — Compliance Platform (Remote)

Goodley is an AI-powered compliance startup building an operating system for regulation. We are a remote-first, founding team that moves fast and values craft. We’re looking for a curious, early-career engineer to design and own core product features and help ship meaningful improvements across the stack.

You’ll work directly with the founder and compliance lead, apply modern stacks (TypeScript, Python, Node.js, React), and bring AI tooling and LLMs into practical workflows for regulated firms.
