Founding AI Engineer — Equity & Restaurant AI Agents

Kouvre Inc. is seeking a Founding AI Engineer to own the brain of our AI agent for restaurants.

You will partner closely with the Founding CTO to turn plain-text messages into the right actions, building the reasoning, agents, and evals that make Kouvre feel like a sharp employee who never drops the ball. You will design the reasoning layer, action agents, eval pipelines, and safeguards, balancing reliability, judgment, and cost.
