Overview

In this role you will build and scale the infrastructure powering cutting-edge AI work from day one. You join a London-based AI accelerator to shape the DevOps function autonomously and drive high-impact infrastructure decisions. You will work across cloud and on-prem environments, implementing automation, security, and device management in close collaboration with hardware and software engineers. This is an opportunity to own the end-to-end DevOps stack in a fast-growing, unbureaucratic environment. You will be the go-to expert, enabling rapid, secure innovation at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and scale infrastructure for AI initiatives across cloud and on-prem environments
  • Implement automation and orchestration to streamline operations
  • Develop and enforce security hardening and governance frameworks
  • Lead device management and integration with hardware/software engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to push boundaries and drive high-impact decisions
  • Own the DevOps function in a fast-growing, autonomous environment
Key requirements
  • Expertise with Kubernetes
