Overview

Founding Engineer in London responsible for end-to-end ownership of the product’s AI agents across backend, frontend, and infrastructure. You will shape the architecture and drive features from concept to production within a rapidly expanding SaaS company. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions. Responsibilities
  • Make architectural decisions that shape the product
  • Own shipping features from concept through production
  • Provide full-stack ownership across backend, frontend, and deployment
  • Design and optimize scalable systems and data processing pipelines
  • Lead cloud deployments and CI/CD with a focus on reliability
Key requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science from a Russell Group university
  • 2+ years of experience as a software or founding engineer
  • Experience with startup environments, ideally in SaaS
