Founding Engineer — build end to end, own features from idea to production. London (in-office).

Our client is a stealth AI startup building the agent layer that fixes commercial insurance — already working with 3 of the top 10 global brokers, backed by 7-figure funding from top European and American investors.

You’ll build across the stack — frontend, backend, infrastructure — and work directly with the founders.

What You’ll Do

• Ship product end to end, not just pick tickets
• Make architectural decisions and own features from idea to production
• Work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Full stack engineers who’ve built real things — any language or stack
• Ownership in early-stage or resource‑constrained environments
• Startup DNA — domain knowledge is taught, figuring things out isn’t

£70,000–£120,000 base plus meaningful equity. Fully in‑office in London.
