Founding Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Build autonomous AI agents with Docebo as a founding Forward Deployed Engineer, using full-stack development and customer collaboration in a hybrid model.

This founding engineering role connects advanced AI technology with strategic enterprise customer needs. You will transform complex learning and development workflows into reusable platform capabilities. The work spans agentic AI, LLM-powered applications, React, TypeScript, distributed systems, AWS, and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define FDE operating practices, playbooks, and technical roadmaps
• Map enterprise learning workflows for agentic AI opportunities
• Design and deploy custom AI agents
• Translate customer insights into scalable platform enhancements
• Own discovery, architecture, deployment, monitoring, and optimization

Requirements:

• Five or more years building production-grade full-stack software
• Production experience with agentic AI and LLM applications
• Customer-focused communication with enterprise stakeholders
• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript
• Backend, AWS, Kubernetes, and distributed systems experience
