Founding Full-Stack Engineer — AI-Driven SDLC Platform

Verum Recruitment is seeking a Founding Full Stack Engineer for an AI-focused startup in the UK. You will own frontend, backend and the AI agents, building a system that scales and learns from real customers, while working shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders.

You’ll tackle technical challenges from first principles and shape the product from day one. You will apply LLMS as a core design element, communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams, and contribute to defining the
