Founding Full Stack Product Engineer

Build AI healthcare tools with TypeScript and React as a founding engineer at Doe, working across the product stack from front end to database.

As one of Doe’s first engineers, you will ship provider-facing tools and supporting services. You will work across Next.js, APIs, Postgres, and backend services. The work spans primary care, dental, mental health, and other healthcare disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and ship features across Next.js, APIs, and Postgres
• Build workspaces for reviews, schedules, follow-ups, and agent controls
• Visit practices and translate observed work into product
• Establish code review, testing, and on-call engineering habits
• Protect patient data by default throughout product development

Requirements:

• Five or more years shipping production web software end to end
• Strong TypeScript and React skills
• Comfort with SQL and backend services
• Experience owning products from idea through launch
• Clear writing and care for product users
