Job Description

As the Founding Implementation Engineer, you will bridge the gap between sales and launch, owning the technical integration of an AI platform into complex customer environments. You'll build critical integrations with CRMs and telephony systems, troubleshoot technical hurdles, and automate deployment workflows. This is a high-impact, founding-level role driving the operational success of a rapidly scaling platform.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end technical rollout for new customers, connecting AI agents to diverse CRMs, lead sources, and phone systems.


• Develop scripts, tools, and documentation to automate manual processes and accelerate deployment timelines by 10x.


• Provide expert technical support, identifying root causes for field issues and collaborating with the product team on long-term fixes.

The ideal candidate

• Strong engineering background with 2+ years of production experience in TypeScript or Python and extensive work with APIs and webhooks.


• Proven track record in solutions, implementation, or forward-deployed engineering within a fast-paced startup environment.


• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and branch managers.
