Founding Machine Learning Engineer

Founding Machine Learning Engineer to join an early-stage AI startup in London. You will own the core ML systems from day one and shape both technology and product. You will move fast, experiment, and translate research into production solutions with the founding team. You’ll work closely with founders to set technical direction and solve challenging ML problems. This role offers meaningful equity and long-term ownership.

• Own development and ownership of core machine learning systems

• 1–5 years of professional ML engineering experience
• Degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (preferred)
• Strong Python programming and software engineering fundamentals
• Experience deploying ML models to production
• Comfort across experimentation, model development, evaluation, and deployment
