As Founding Product Engineer, you will own the product and technical direction at an well-backed AI start-up in London. You will bridge Front-end/Back-end work with Applied AI to turn cutting-edge capabilities into production-ready software. You’ll join a high-caliber founding team, shaping architecture and product strategy while delivering AI-native features at speed. This role offers significant ownership, impact across the stack, and the chance to build from ground up with meaningful equity.

Key requirements
  • 1–5 years of professional software engineering experience

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI Agents, Agentic AI or AI-powered applications
  • Experience taking products from idea to production
  • Product-minded, autonomous and comfortable in an early-stage start-up environment
