Founding Product Manager, AI Ops Platform

Gradient Labs in London is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end experience of our AI customer operations platform for financial services.

You’ll work directly with our Head of Product to shape the roadmap, translate complex AI workflows into concrete priorities, and push the team beyond “good enough” on every release.
