Founding Sales Manager — AI-Driven CS Leader

Octopus Legacy Limited seeks a founding Sales/Customer Success Manager to build and run a new CS function from day one. You will design the team, hire, onboard and scale with quality while shaping AI-powered processes and a bespoke CRM in collaboration with Tech and Product.

You will craft playbooks, track CSAT and performance, and report to leadership on growth, efficiency and customer outcomes across evolving verticals in a remote-first setup.
