Founding Senior Software Engineer — Scale a Trading Platform

Investa is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the founding engineering team in London, driving end-to-end delivery and architecture for a FCA-regulated trading platform. You will own features end-to-end, from design through deployment, shaping culture and processes in a lean, autonomous environment.

You will work closely with the founders, ship robust services that scale under heavy activity, and stay hands-on across the tech stack while building a best-in-class product with immediate
