As a Founding Software Engineer at an ambitious London startup, you will stay close to code while making critical architectural and technical decisions. You’ll help shape the engineering roadmap and lay the foundations for an engineering organization from day one. This is a hands-on IC role with high-impact ownership, designed for someone who can tackle complex challenges and drive scalable architecture. You’ll work with founders to accelerate growth and transform ideas into a solid technical platform.
