FP&A Analyst Budget Forecasting

Use advanced Excel and financial analysis as an FP&A Analyst at Jamesway in hybrid Cambridge, Ontario. Support reporting across a global poultry incubation business.

Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, the FP&A Analyst supports Finance and Jamesway’s growing business needs. The position produces reports for cost centers, commercial operations, revenue, and R&D. It also leads budgeting and re-forecasting while strengthening documented processes and GAAP compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting processes
• Produce accurate, timely reports for business areas
• Explain and enhance reporting with area managers
• Develop robust processes supporting GAAP compliance
• Analyze commissions, freight, and technician time accruals

Requirements:

• Accounting, Finance, or related diploma or degree
• CMA or CPA designation, or active certification progress
• Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Understanding of GAAP and basic accounting procedures
• Accuracy, analytical ability, and quantitative skills
