FP&A Data & Analytics Manager

In this role you translate FP&A and commercial needs into scalable data solutions, using AI and modern tech to drive high-impact business decisions. You will partner with Finance Data and Analytics Engineering to build pipelines and downstream reporting, turning complex data into actionable insights. You’ll automate financial reporting and streamline processes while collaborating with stakeholders across the business. This is a hands-on role at Monzo, enabling data-driven decisions in a fast-growing fintech environment.

• Translate FP&A and commercial requirements into data products and automated reporting
• Prototype and build downstream reporting and data assets in collaboration with Finance Data/Analytics Engineering
• Prepare management information and deliver actionable insights for business partners
• Automate financial reporting processes and improve workflow efficiencies
• Manage stakeholder relationships across levels to drive data-driven decisions

• Proficiency in SQL; Python preferred
• Experience with financial statements, financial modeling, P&L management, and forecasting
• Experience using generative AI to accelerate analysis, prototyping and automation with appropriate controls
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker a plus) and Anaplan a plus
• Comfort in a dynamic environment and strong collaboration skills
