FP&A Financial Reporting Advisor

Drive financial reporting and forecasting with iA Financial Group in a hybrid Quebec or Montreal position focused on analytical performance insights.

As a Financial Performance Advisor within the FP&A team, you will contribute to general expense reporting, forecasting, and financial information analysis. You will support reliable monitoring processes while strengthening your understanding of performance drivers and FP&A practices. The position requires collaboration with teams, financial stakeholders, business partners, U.S. entities, and Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop dashboards and monitor financial performance reporting
• Analyze actual, budget, and forecast variances
• Maintain financial data consistency and integrity
• Update projections and consolidate sector information
• Communicate risks, opportunities, trends, and performance drivers

Requirements:

• Five to seven years in finance, FP&A, accounting, or related fields
• Strong Excel and reporting tools proficiency
• Understanding of financial statements and basic analysis concepts
• Rigorous analytical, synthesis, and detail-oriented skills
• Advanced English proficiency for financial analysis and presentations
