FPGA Engineer

In this role you will help shape digital hardware capabilities as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will design, implement and verify FPGA solutions across diverse domains, from wireless to aerospace and next‑gen networks. You’ll collaborate with software, RF, DSP and systems engineers to deliver high‑performance results. The opportunity combines architecture work, RTL development and hardware integration in challenging, real‑world programmes. You will influence technical direction and contribute to scalable, robust systems.

• contribute to architecture and system design for FPGA projects
• develop and verify RTL using Verilog or SystemVerilog
• implement high‑performance FPGA solutions and ensure hardware integration
• collaborate with software, RF, DSP and systems engineers
• drive timing closure and ensure system‑level coherence
• participate in concept development through to fully realized systems

• proven experience in FPGA or ASIC design and verification
• RTL coding in Verilog or SystemVerilog
• familiarity with Vivado or Quartus and timing closure
• understanding of system‑level design and high‑speed electronics
• strong academic background in Engineering, Physics, or related field
• experience with DSP, RF systems or mentoring would be beneficial
