FPGA Team Lead

• Provide technical leadership and decision-making for the FPGA team
• Oversee RTL design activities using Verilog or SystemVerilog for ASIC/FPGA development
• Deliver digital designs for ASIC and FPGA applications
• Mentor and guide engineers to improve performance and collaboration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals
• Support scripting and automation efforts (e.g., Python) to streamline design workflows

• Team management experience in an engineering environment
• In-depth RTL design experience using Verilog or SystemVerilog for ASIC/FPGA
• Strong experience delivering digital designs for ASIC and FPGA
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python)
• Knowledge of signal processing or DSP
