Fraud Analytics Assistant Manager

Supporting the day-to-day operations of fraud prevention and investigation, the full-time Fraud Analytics & Loss Prevention Assistant Manager will oversee fraud investigations, manage team workloads, and coordinate responses to significant fraud events, with the potential for remote work. Key responsibilities Oversee fraud investigations and ensure timely resolution and compliance with established procedures Prioritize and manage team workloads based on risk exposure and service level expectations Lead and develop Fraud Analytics & Loss Prevention staff while maintaining fraud policies and operational controls Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Minimum 5 years of experience in fraud, financial crimes, or related banking roles, with leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of common fraud schemes affecting financial institutions Demonstrated experience managing complex investigations and responding to fraud events Working knowledge of BSA/AML requirements and deposit/payment operations
