As a Fraud Strategy Associate, you will own fraud and risk integrity across credit, deposit, and card payment rails. You will identify patterns, trace root causes, and create detection logic, automations, and reporting. The role partners with Risk, Data Science, Engineering, and Product to build prevention into products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mine large-scale data using SQL, Python, and LLM-based tools
• Design automated detection logic protecting legitimate customer experiences
• Optimize fraud investigation workflows and case documentation
• Build dashboards tracking fraud exposure and program effectiveness
• Conduct post-mortems and recommend process improvements

Requirements:

• Capability with SQL and/or Python for wrangling and automation
• Three-plus years in fraud strategy or risk operations
• Financial services or high-growth fintech experience
• Ability to build scalable processes and manage complex projects
• Exceptional executive-level analytical communication
