Freight Forwarding Lead – Build & Scale Derry Ops (Hybrid)

3D Personnel is hiring a Freight Forwarder / Operations Manager in Derry, Northern Ireland (Hybrid). You will lead day-to-day freight forwarding operations (road, sea, air), own client relationships, and build the local team from the ground up across UK, Ireland and international markets.

Bring 5+ years in freight forwarding or logistics, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of incoterms, customs and documentation.
