Overview

In this role, you support customers of a global fintech specializing in AML, fraud and risk management. You combine product knowledge with analytical and technical skills to resolve software and system issues raised via email or phone. You will develop SQL scripts, contribute to knowledge-base content, and assist with self-service and training materials to enhance customer satisfaction. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive faster issue resolution and contribute to product improvements with customer insights. This hybrid London opportunity offers hands-on impact in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze, investigate, and troubleshoot software and system functionality, integrations, and feature adoption issues
  • Create and develop SQL scripts and other custom processes
  • Perform simple product installations and facilitate entry into professional services or hosted support
  • Write knowledge-base content and support expansion of self-service portal and training modules
  • Provide insights to improve existing solutions and inform next-generation planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate issue resolution and feed customer insights into bug fixes and new features
Key requirements
  • Degree in IT or CS, mathematics, science, or related STEM with minimum 2:2
  • Fluent French
  • Experience with SQL databases and SQL programming language
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and creative thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written English (native or business level)
