Freshservice Consultant: Enterprise Service Management

Arc IT Recruitment Limited is seeking a Freshservice Consultant for a central London hybrid role on a 6‑month contract. The position is advertised at £550–£600 per day outside IR35.

You will configure forms, workflows, service catalogs and permissions; build automations that reduce manual effort; support integrations with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams and Azure AD; and create dashboards and reports to drive enterprise service management improvements.
