Front-End Engineer, Institutional

As Front-End Engineer for the Institutional team, you will build scalable UIs with strong UX and performance. You will create visualizations of client portfolios and responsive dashboards used by traders and operations. You’ll collaborate with traders to implement efficient internal tools and ensure reliable, data-driven interfaces. This role offers exposure to cutting‑edge crypto products in a high‑performance, growth-focused environment.

• Build new UIs for the institutional team with emphasis on UX and performance
• Develop visualizations of user portfolios and responsive dashboards
• Collaborate with traders to deliver optimized internal tools
• Write well-tested front-end code used by trading, operations and support teams
• Share knowledge and coordinate with teammates to improve workflow
• Tackle challenging problems in the cryptocurrency space

• At least 2 years of JavaScript and client-side web applications experience
• Experience building innovative data visualizations
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, NextJS, Styled Components
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor
• Experience with front-end architecture, testing and state management
• Ability to adapt to fast growth and evolving business needs
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
